We offer 2 choices:
1. A Security Deposit Insurance policy for $39.95 (non refundable and can be paid with a major credit card), which covers any accidental damages done to the vacation home for up to $1,500.00.
2. You may pay a refundab
Our vacation homes are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Additional cleanings may be requested and will have to be paid directly to the cleaning staff. Any stay of 6 nights or less is subject to a cleaning charge in the amount of $65.00 for a 3 bedroom vacation home, $75.00 for a 4 bedroom vacation home, $85.00 for a 5 bedroom vacation home, $95.00 for the 6 bedroom vacation home and $125.00 for the 7 bedroom vacation home. Additional cleaning fees may occur for larger homes within the standard category.
To confirm a reservation, we require a $ 250.00 down payment per week. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. Rent payments can be made by VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, U.S. traveler cheques, US cashiers check, money order or personal check. Personal checks are only accepted if our office receives them at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Travel reservations which cancel up to 3 month before arrival or the time is rebooked (regardless when the reservation was canceled), will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Reservations which cancel between 3 months to 1 month before arrival will not receive a refund but keep their deposit on a customer account to be used for a future vacation. Reservations which cancel 1 month prior to arrival or less will forfeit their payment.
